Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using MatchFox, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and must not use MatchFox where prohibited by law.

Service scope

MatchFox provides football information, probabilities, model-generated predictions, analytics, alerts, and related tools. Features and data may change, be delayed, or become unavailable. Model outputs are estimates, not facts or guarantees.

No betting or professional advice

MatchFox is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide betting, gambling, financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service and for complying with laws that apply to you.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. MatchFox may restrict or terminate access to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store rules. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate law or third-party rights.
• Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent access controls.
• Do not upload malicious, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Do not use MatchFox for unlawful betting, fraud, money laundering, or exploitation.

Intellectual property

MatchFox software, branding, interfaces, compiled analytics, and content arrangement are owned by or licensed to the operator. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. MatchFox does not warrant accuracy, availability, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid to MatchFox in the six months before the claim or USD 10. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and changes

You may stop using MatchFox and request account deletion at any time. MatchFox may update these Terms and will provide additional notice for material changes where reasonably practical. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived. MatchFox is operated by wei ping Li, Singapore. Contact: contact@matchfox.app
