Operator and scope

MatchFox is operated by wei ping Li, Singapore. This policy applies to the MatchFox website, mobile app, support, account, notification, and subscription flows.

Data collected

• Account data such as email, display name, authentication identifiers, and account status.
• Subscription data such as plan, entitlement status, transaction references, and provider metadata. MatchFox does not store full payment-card details.
• Technical data such as device type, app version, IP address, logs, and security diagnostics.
• Usage and preference data such as viewed features, favorites, notification choices, and support messages.
• Push notification tokens when you choose to enable notifications.

Purposes and legal bases

MatchFox uses personal data to provide accounts and features, manage subscriptions, send requested notifications, secure and improve the Service, prevent fraud, respond to support, and comply with law. Where required, processing relies on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent.

Sharing and transfers

Data may be shared with service providers needed for authentication, hosting, payments, subscriptions, notifications, support, and security, including Supabase, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe where enabled, and infrastructure providers. Data may be processed outside your country with safeguards required by applicable law. MatchFox does not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute requirements. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may initiate account deletion in app settings. Singapore, EEA, and UK users

Where Singapore law applies, MatchFox follows applicable PDPA duties including notice, purpose limitation, access and correction, protection, retention, and transfer limitation. Where EEA or UK law applies, MatchFox processes personal data only where a lawful basis applies and obtains consent for non-essential tracking where required.

Children and changes

MatchFox is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law. This policy may be updated as the Service or legal requirements change; material changes may be announced in the Service.
