Refund and Subscription Policy
Billing, renewal, cancellation, trials, and refund rules.
Plans and renewal
Prices, billing frequency, taxes, included features, and any trial terms are displayed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
App-store and processor purchases
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, or another processor may handle purchases. Their billing, cancellation, and refund procedures also apply. MatchFox does not control app-store refund decisions.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal through the applicable store or subscription controls. Cancellation normally leaves access active through the paid period. Unless required by law, platform rules, or an express offer, charged fees and partial periods are non-refundable. Deleting your MatchFox account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Changes and failed payments
Prices may change prospectively with notice required by law or platform rules. Failed payments may result in retry, suspension, downgrade, or termination of paid access.
