Singapore PDPA
MatchFox collects, uses, and discloses personal data only for notified, reasonable purposes; provides access and correction where required; uses reasonable protection; limits retention; and applies comparable protection to overseas transfers.
EEA and UK rights
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, users may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Processing relies on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent as appropriate.
Cookies and consent
MatchFox currently uses only technologies necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and core service operation. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, consent controls will be provided where required.
